LynnReal-Omni: Native multi-modal Video Generation for Agentic Visual Workflows
Video diffusion models are stochastic and hard to control: precise content often requires repeated sampling without guaranteed success, and long-horizon scenes drift in appearance, interactions, and temporal coherence. Agentic visual creation provides explicit references, editable 3D scenes, or executable game states for stable control, but does not by itself guarantee high object or character fidelity. Combining the two can enable stable, high-quality generation. To realize this combination, we present LynnReal-Omni, a native multimodal video generation framework built on a 32B shared multimodal diffusion transformer that unifies text-to-video, image-conditioned generation, reference-guided generation, structural control, editing, degraded video restoration, and long-video generation. It accepts heterogeneous visual inputs, including appearance references, editable 3D renders, and game recordings, allowing agents to compose visual conditions within a unified model. We also train a dedicated 27B Flash shared multimodal diffusion transformer for real-time rendering. We build a systematic data pipeline for video cleaning, subject association, multimodal annotation, and aligned control construction, yielding a curated corpus of multi-shot audiovisual segments, and introduce MSAVP, a 100-prompt, 20-metric evaluation design that separates instruction following, generating plausibility, visual quality, temporal behavior, and audio coordination. LynnReal-Omni-Flash further reduces inference cost through model and decoding acceleration, including a lightweight VAE decoder; on one H100, warm generation and decoding of a 22-frame 540p video take 843 ms with LynnReal-Omni and 377 ms with Flash. These results provide a foundation for real-time streaming video generation, making LynnReal-Omni a unified, controllable, and efficient basis for agentic visual creation.

Recent video world models generate increasingly realistic and interactive visual experiences, yet lack reliable mechanisms for maintaining persistent world state and enforcing programmable rules over extended interactions. We introduce Programmable World Model, a framework that decouples world-state evolution from visual observation generation. An agent translates natural-language instructions into executable programs that specify entity states and state-transition rules, enabling direct control over individual entities and their interactions. A lightweight engine executes these programs to update and maintain an explicit, persistent global world state, including off-screen entities and non-visual attributes. To connect world state with visual generation, we introduce state-augmented 3D oriented bounding boxes (OBBs) as an intermediate representation. This representation, together with the target camera trajectory, is deterministically compiled into pixel-aligned spatiotemporal conditioning signals for a pretrained video model serving as the generative renderer. This design allows users to create playable games with predefined mechanics, direct control over individual entities, and persistent world state throughout gameplay. We further introduce CombatStateBench, a benchmark for evaluating programmable world models. On CombatStateBench, our method achieves 94% Count Accuracy and 98% State Accuracy, substantially outperforming existing interactive video world models while supporting coherent long-horizon generation. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of separating explicit state evolution from generative rendering for building persistent, programmable worlds.
IdeaAMBIG: Benchmarking Implementation-Critical Gaps in Research-Idea Specifications
A research idea may be novel, coherent, and scientifically plausible, yet its proposed method may remain insufficiently specified for faithful implementation. We study the codification readiness of implementation-facing research-method specifications, defined by whether they provide sufficient methodological information for a competent implementer or coding agent to construct the intended method without unsupported assumptions. We construct evidence-grounded specifications and their supported resolutions from papers, codebases, issue threads, and reproduction artifacts. We introduce IdeaAMBIG, a benchmark of 660 evidence-grounded instances: 163 real-world gaps from reproducibility reports and GitHub issues, and 497 controlled synthetic gaps injected into codification-ready references. IdeaAMBIG evaluates three capabilities: codification-readiness assessment, defect localization, and clarification action generation. Defect localization receives only the specification, whereas clarification additionally receives the annotated defect. Across 13 LLMs, the best model achieves 9.6% Macro Defect Recovery Rate on real-world instances but 80.6% Macro Clarification Action Success Rate when given the defect. In an oracle study, supplying the gold resolution raises the downstream codification-ready rate from 14% to 98%. Across all evaluated models, defect localization is the main bottleneck, with stronger clarification given the defect.
Steering Geometry: Validating Human Value Geometry in LLM Steering Space
As large language models (LLMs) are increasingly deployed in alignment-sensitive contexts, activation steering has emerged as a lightweight, inference-time alternative to fine-tuning methods (e.g., RLHF, DPO) for behavioral control. However, existing work typically validates steering on isolated behaviors, leaving it unclear whether steering vectors encode coherent semantic structure or merely exploit behavior-specific shortcuts. We investigate whether the latent geometry of LLM steering vectors reflects theory-specified structure in human values and morality. Using Schwartz's Theory of Basic Human Values as our primary fine-grained framework, we introduce a 26K-sample benchmark covering 20 human values and analyze distribution-driven methods (e.g., CAA, SphericalSteer, ODESteer) and behavior-centric approaches (e.g., COLD-Steer, BiPO) across diverse model families and sizes. We find that distribution-driven methods recover human value topologies aligned with theoretical predictions (Spearman ρ up to 0.51, p < 10^{-13}). In contrast, behavior-centric methods achieve comparable steering performance but show little correlation with the expected value geometry. Geometric fidelity improves with model scale but drops after instruction tuning. Finally, better geometric alignment also leads to more human-consistent transfer across values: steering one value correctly lifts compatible values and suppresses opposing ones. BLARM: Animating 3D Objects from Video via Blending Latent Rigid Motion Primitives
We introduce BLARM, a feed-forward method for video-driven 3D mesh animation. Given a monocular video and a static object mesh, BLARM predicts a temporally coherent animated mesh whose motion follows the video. Rather than relying on explicit rigs or directly regressing high-dimensional vertex motion, we represent animation using a compact set of learned, time-varying rigid motion components and time-invariant vertex-to-component skinning weights. This yields a low-dimensional deformation space without requiring skeletons, cages, skinning weights, or rig annotations. Our architecture conditions geometry-derived deformation latents on video features through factorized spatial-temporal attention, then decodes rigid transformations blended by predicted skinning weights. Trained with trajectory reconstruction, entropy regularization, and motion-aware contrastive learning, BLARM produces accurate and temporally stable animations while recovering compact, interpretable motion structure from monocular video.
To See a World in a Living Context: Unified Indoor-Outdoor Urban World Generation
Text-driven 3D generation has advanced rapidly in creating large-scale outdoor environments and detailed indoor scenes, but these domains are usually synthesized independently, lacking the correspondence required for a coherent urban world. We present HoloWorld, a unified indoor-outdoor urban world generation framework built on a continuously updated cross-scale world context. Initializing from a user description, HoloWorld progressively represents and updates the diverse world information, from city-scale planning to individual buildings, allowing generated interiors to maintain explicit correspondence with their associated exterior buildings. Conditioned on the evolving context and previously generated neighboring blocks, HoloWorld autoregressively generates urban exteriors with consistent spatial organization and visual identity across blocks. The generated exterior representations are further grounded in 3D building instances and footprints, enabling building-specific indoor generation with geometry-constrained layouts and inherited appearance characteristics. To our knowledge, HoloWorld is the first framework to unify indoor and outdoor generation within a coherent 3D urban world. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HoloWorld achieves superior urban exterior generation performance, improving the average AQS score over the SOTA by 7.68\% and obtaining the highest average RDR score, while maintaining strong building-level indoor-outdoor correspondence and cross-block continuity within a unified 3D urban world.
