AI Market Cap ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI Market Cap platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google or GitHub), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.
Profile Information. You may optionally provide additional information such as a bio, website URL, avatar image, and social media links. Sellers who apply for verification may provide additional identity information.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including pages visited, models browsed, search queries, watchlists created, marketplace interactions, comments, reviews, ratings, and bookmarks.
Device & Technical Data. We collect device type, browser type and version, operating system, IP address, referring URLs, and general geographic location (derived from IP address). We also collect performance data such as page load times and error logs.
Cookies & Local Storage. We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as theme settings), and support analytics. See Section 5 for more details.

Public Content. Your display name, avatar, public reviews, comments, ratings, and public watchlists are visible to other users. Seller profiles and marketplace listings are publicly accessible.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

When you access the Platform through our API, we log the following information for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention:
API usage logs are retained for 90 days for operational purposes and then automatically purged. Aggregated API usage statistics (total requests, popular endpoints) may be retained indefinitely for capacity planning.
If you use an AI agent, bot, or MCP server to interact with the Platform, the same data collection and retention policies apply. Automated clients are expected to identify themselves via the User-Agent header.

How to Opt Out.Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through their settings. You can block or delete cookies at any time via your browser's privacy or security settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using features that require authentication.

Account Data. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
Usage Logs. Individual usage logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically purged. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
Marketplace Transactions. Records of marketplace transactions (orders, reviews) are retained for a minimum of 3 years for dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
Deletion Requests. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@aimarketcap.tech. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Breach Notification. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence. Our service providers, including Supabase and Railway, operate infrastructure globally.
